Secrecy is paramount. No member shall reveal any information about the club to outsiders

Membership is by invitation only. Prospective members must be vouched for by at least two existing members.

Any member revealing information that jeopardizes the club's secrecy will be subjected to disciplinary action.

Initiations for new members will be conducted in a fun manner, never causing harm or too much humiliation.

Members must abide by the club's code of conduct, which includes behaving honorably outside of meetings.

The club's existence and activities should not interfere with members' personal and professional lives.

Membership termination can occur if a member violates any of the club's rules or brings disrepute to the club through their actions.

Prospective members must demonstrate a willingness to abide by the decisions made by club leaders without dissent.

Any breach of the club's rules or principles will lead to the termination of prospect status without appeal.

Respect for traditions: Honor the customs and rituals of the society, as they contribute to the unity and spirit of the club.

Be of good moral character.

Be motivated to join for reasons unrelated to personal gain or profit
