Jon Thompson is the performer behind the armwrestling character, “Uncle Jon.” You may have seen him perform at large promotions like ARMGODS: Valhalla and multiple ArmWars Ironhouse events. He is also the originator of the most divisive move in the armwrestling, “The Javelin.”

Jon Thompson is a pioneer in the sport, attempting to blend reality and performance art in order to confuse and entertain the armwrestling community. While he is hated by many, this hatred is proof that the concept of performing as a “bad guy” works and is a viable way to not only gain notoriety in the sport but to become indispensable to top promotions.
